In today's world, accumulated stress can take a serious toll on our bodies and our lives. Symptoms of anxiety, panic, disconnection, depression, pain and overwhelm are some examples of how stress can manifest in our lives.
Through mindful attention to the body, as well as our thoughts and emotions, we can begin to relieve these difficult symptoms. With the resolution of these responses to stress, we can begin to recover our capacity for joy, stability, and meaningful, authentic connection with others.
