Elizabeth Anable, PhD
Clinical Director + Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Liz teaches, trains and supervises therapists and social workers to integrate somatic trauma resolution interventions and anti-oppressive practice into their clinical work. She has supervised clinicians in community mental health settings and on crisis response teams and is deeply invested in supporting clinicians learning this work at any stage in their career. She has taught at both Columbia University School of Social Work and Smith College School for Social Work where she integrated anti-oppressive practice into her online and in-person classrooms.
In her group practice, Liz is committed to supporting new therapists working in a private practice setting. Her approach to supervision is relational and psychodynamically informed. In supervision, she integrates her expertise in Somatic Experiencing with further training in Internal Family Systems and Psychedelic Integration.
Jeff Greenberg
Mental Health Counselor, Limited Permit
Jeff supports people dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, addictions, or a general sense that things could be better. Using mindfulness, somatic practices, and practical solutions, he will support you to cope, communicate, and reconnect with what’s important to you. In a welcoming space, you can explore what truly matters. Together, you will make sense of the past, tune more fully into the present, and envision a future that feels meaningful and true to you.
Jeff has specialized in working with high achievers, deep thinkers, and those with budding spirituality. Jeff completed his training in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling at Naropa University and brings Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, somatic practices, and trauma-informed approaches grounded in the here-and-now to his therapy work. He believes joy, humor, and presence are powerful agents of healing and is honored to support folks on their journeys toward wholeness.
Adina Saperstein
Mental Health Counselor, Limited Permit
Adina works with individuals, couples and families. Her focus is supporting clients through experiences of grief and loss, postpartum and fertility issues, addiction recovery and intergenerational trauma. Her approach is integrative and anchored in strengths-based and somatic approaches. She brings specific training in cognitive behavioral work as well as a strong affinity for internal parts work based on many years of experience and training in Internal Family Systems.
Adina completed her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Albany in 2022. Adina's somatic and mindfulness-based orientation is rooted in her previous practice as a yoga and meditation instructor and yoga therapist. She has also completed training as both an end-of-life and birth doula, supporting her aim of providing holistic support to clients throughout the life cycle. Previously, she had a 15-year career in international social and economic development, supporting businesses in twenty countries throughout Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America, experience that infuses acute multicultural awareness into her psychotherapy practice.
