The group

Some men join because they're in a hard season, navigating relationship struggles, career uncertainty, anxiety, fatherhood, or a major life transition.

Others join because life is going well, and they can still feel that deeper friendship, honesty, and community would make it even richer.

Most men have very few spaces where they can be fully honest.

ABOUT JEFF

Jeff Greenberg, MA, MHC-LP (Under clinical supervision by Elizabeth Anable, PhD, LMHC) specializes in working with high achievers, deep thinkers, and those with budding spirituality. Before becoming a therapist, he worked as a Wall Street economist at places like J.P. Morgan and UBS.

After a decade of doing that work, he realized he wanted to support other men through relational work. He returned to school and got a master’s in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling at Naropa University. He especially loves working with groups of men. As an intern he started a group called Mindful Masculinity, which continues to run.
